FIRST NATIONS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST : REDACTED :

A First Nations National Economic Opportunity
Hello, (Deleted : Confidential)
Attn: (Deleted : Confidential)

You may be aware of the UBER company agenda of providing non-regulated cab services through their APS.
A close family friend is a cab owner (JAS); and, he has asked a few pertinent questions regarding UBER ethics; and, how this enterprise (53 countries & 200 cities; valued @ $48 Billion; from a consolidated "angel" $42-Million investment) - and, they are expected to go public within 2 months; probably creating a circa >$500 Million stage one valuation.
Jas has collaborated with two of my associates to examine the UBER presence in Canada (10% of global empire). There are about 26,000 cabs in Canada; with an accepted asset resale valuation of about $17.5 Billion (Yellow Cab owner #21 in Vancouver has a cab valued @ $1-Million; his license cost $100). There are about 60,000 cabs in the UK; with an asset value of circa $48-Billion ... This is a GROWTH INDUSTRY ... demand exceeds supply ...
The JAS Group has reviewed the UBER Canada legal corp registrations ... They appear to be flawed ... And the JAS Group has moved quickly to fill in the gaps by registering in excess of 53 "UBER" company variations (Cabs / Technologies / Towing / marine / Air / ad infinitum) ... And, they have proceeded to, also, register in the UK in the same manner; cooperating with a major cab company (the idea is to preserve the existing Cab owner companies assets; and, also, to bring "UBER" to the settlement table because they are now boxed out of Canada - with imminent competition in the UK JAS Group has registered >6 "UBER" corps)[micro example]
JAS Group met with the Spokesperson for Vancouver & Canada taxi Associations on Jan 7th, 2015; to invite them into a purchase agreement for the BC & Canada JAS Group companies -asking $25-Million for 45% of the national scope; and, asking $5M for the 100% "UBER Cabs Vancouver LTD" (It would ONLY cost Yellow Cabs Vancouver $500 / cab licenses to buy the 100%).

The JAS Group is currently negotiating with Canada's BMO CEO & ING New York CEO for "angel" investors to walk with Jas Group as they seek to draw "UBER" into a collaboration for the Public company journey.
I have asked (I am NOT involved with the JAS Group; other than being a friendly strategy counsel) ... and, therein, I have advocated that the Canada JAS Group would profit by coming into a Joint Venture with First Nations across all provinces (JAS Group has Federal & provincial registrations) re taxation & operating costs advantages (Bastien & Tshilqot'in SCC).
Please, pass this information forward to Trent & associates for consideration ... we need an expression of interest within 48 hours, please ... JAS Group intends on making all matters viable and affordable ... There are so-o-o many good opportunities here for education / employment & business developments {Canada / USA / Mexico / South America : Two Turtles CompactTwo Row Wampum / Tecumseh Protocol : Peace Trust Friendship.
I suggest a speedy conference call : (Deleted : Confidential) : ASAP.

[ Quantitative Easing of Taxi Licences: 2000
8. The first major intervention in the taxi market to be considered is the abolition in 2000 of the cap or limit on the number of taxi licences.

Quantitative limits on the number of taxi licences were introduced in 1978. Such limits were administered by local authorities that were also responsible for setting local maximum fares. In some cases, such as Dublin, local authorities combined to form a single taximeter area.

9. The abolition of limits on taxi licences was due to a judicial decision that removed the legislative basis for such limits. The cap had been subject to increasing criticism for damaging consumer welfare (e.g. increased waiting times). The High Court judgment was accepted by the relevant Minister,

who regulations in late 2000 under which all suitably qualified persons could obtain a taxi licence.

The High Court case arose out of unsuccessful attempts by the State to issue a number of additional (but not unlimited) taxi licences to various incumbent participants in the taxi market.]
